Evolve is a laid back environment. We do not have many restrictions or terms but the few we do have are listed for your convenience.

Employees have the right to refuse sale to any person for any valid reason. (purchasing for minors, disrespectful tone/manner, theft of any kind, etc.)
Customers are responsible for payment at time of purchase. We do not hold product without a layaway form provided. Customers are responsible for their acknowledgement in what they purchase. Evolve employees are not responsible for your choice of product and are not to be demanded to give refunds for such examples.
We do not allow any form of harassment, bullying or intimidating factors towards our employees under any circumstances. We do not condone any form of hate speech. Any person caught performing such behaviors will be banned from our establishments. We do not take those matters lightly. Respect is a two way street- our employees are held to the expectation of respectful manners towards customers and they deserve the same.

Return and Refund Policy

We DO NOT provide exchanges or refunds!

However, we DO recommend our customers to keep their receipts with their purchases so they can activate any warranties provided with the manufacturers of specific products. These warranties are typically valid for up to 30 days after purchase date. In the event that a purchase is made and a malfunction occurs within the same 24 hours from purchase we are more than willing to accommodate our customers to the best of our abilities.
